I’m starting a new job skin tb test while pregnancy in mid-July and a PPD test for tuberculosis is necessary because I work in health care. I have not yet gone to physical or orientation, so they have no idea how to react when I say that I do not have b / c I’m pregnant … ???

Most of the information I found said that the test is safe (but they say that vaccine: no !!), but I was wondering if anyone knows different. I want to be armed with the right information to make sound if my position. I need this job, but I agree expect an exemption was welcome.
